Jackie "The Joke Man" Martling, who was with "The Howard Stern Show" for 15 years, will entertain guests and has promised to show off his bartending skills. Mingle with supportive celebrities and other marijuana policy reform supporters and bid on celebrity memorabilia, art, and other auction items.
