Dear Mr. Lessig,

I read about your recent decision to reduce the amount of time that you devote to your blog. The software company (the DoH) I am in the process of starting is based on a funding model I think you might find interesting and will (hopefully) soon offer a product that might interest you.

The core of the business is not a new idea at all: micropayments. Office Space funding model — fractions of a cent on a large enough transaction volume. I know many people have tried before, but I think I have a novel solution.

Since I plan to release my software as open source, my main legerage in the market are the community's goodwill and being the first mover. I'm certainly not above enjoying the largess of others, but I would rather do so as CEO than working stiff. For this reason, I am attempting to keep my initial actions secret and am only willing to share them if you agree to a non-disclosure agreement.

You may continue by signing your choice of two contracts. LawDepot's $15.00
